Seems fine. Have ordered many times. Haven't opened any yet from this order. Packaging seemed a little over the top so perhaps there have been complaints? I throw them in a bag so no concerns with appearance. Sometimes opening the individual package is a little challenging.

I love all the flavors as much as I love the clean ingredients. Bonus that if the chocolate gets all melty, it's just chips within the bite and not a coating that gets messy.

LOVE the product! However, I purchased 1 box of Berg Bites and 1 box of bars and the box had nothing to prevent them from moving. The box came in crushed and the bites and bars were very smushed due to the warm temperatures here in FL and the rough shipping. I would hate to have to live without my Berg products during the summer, but I may have to consider it?
