Exotic PB & Choco
Peanut butter and chocolate together account for probably one of the best food combinations in the world. However, due to the familiarity of this great union, it might get boring after a while. Besides, it might sometimes seem just a bit too sweet especially when all you want is something refreshing and fulfilling at the same time.
Ordinarily, we would go for ice-cream to add a cool touch to the beloved dessert but most ice-creams available in stores are high in saturated fat and far from being all natural. Well, we could try to make ice-cream at home, yet it would be a very time-consuming process and would require special kitchen appliances. Not everyone can afford that. Instead, why not use fruit to make a healthy, natural nicecream (banana + ice-cream) that’s packed with vitamins and can be made in a few minutes to revive the golden PB and chocolate combination?
Mango Nicecream with PB & Chocolate
Ingredients: 1 frozen banana, 1/2 cup frozen mango pieces, 1/4 cup plant-based milk or water, coconut chips, Chocolate Chip Madness Berg Bar
Prep time: 5 minutes
1) place chunks of a frozen banana and mango in a blender, add milk or cold water and blend everything until a very thick and smooth consistency forms. Add more liquid in the process if the frozen fruit seem too dry;
2) transfer the nicecream to a bowl, top it with pieces of Chocolate Chip Madness Berg Bar and coconut chips. Enjoy!
